OVERVIEW Florida Crystals is a leading domestic sugar producer and North America's first fully integrated cane sugar company, guiding our sugar from farm to table. DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES .2-year program leading to endless career opportunities Acquire skills in maintain a strong technical knowledge of heavy, medium, and light duty equipment systems, ability to read complicated schematics and translate to team members; Acquire skills in communicating and coordinating maintenance and repair activities with outside contractors/vendor services and supervise their progress. Maintain professional and courteous relationships with all departments within the company. Communicate Human Resource's policies and procedures to team members; support Florida Crystals Corporation's Standards of Conduct/Work Rules Policy. Assist in all maintenance planning and help supervise its execution. WORK EXPERIENCES Ag Shop experience preferred EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university Have an above average GPA SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY Yes ESSENTIAL CAPABILITIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES) Be able to physically work in an industrial shop environment Must be able to lift 50 founds or must be able to stand/walk through industrial environment for a 5 hours a day.
