Lead Medical Assistant

Job Overview Lead Medical Assistant – Internal Medicine (Happy Valley & Gresham, OR) Responsibilities Room patients, collect patient information and prepare them for examination. Assist with procedures and support overall delivery of care. Oversee daily operations, support patient flow, and coordinate provider schedules and templates. Mentor and serve as a resource for team members. Maintain efficient workflows and a positive patient experience. Schedule Monday—Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program. Current national certification (AAMA, NCCT, NHA, AMT) and American Heart Association BLS CPR certification. Minimum one year of experience as a Medical Assistant. Experience with an electronic health record system; Epic experience strongly preferred. Completion of Oregon State‑approved chaperone training. Completion of CPT‑2 course (CPT‑2 course: Reliable and predictable attendance. Compensation and Benefits Pay Range: $27.47–$38.46 per hour (starting at $28.02/hour and increases based on experience).
