Senior Sterile Processing Technician (Evening Shift)- $10,000 Sign on Bonus

Job Title

Ability to work well with a team and focus on priorities for Operating Room schedule.

Decontaminates, prepares, packages and sterilizes surgical instrumentation and supplies. Performs all duties of a Certified Sterile Technician. Meets daily required distribution of processed materials with proper documentation and reports submitted. Assures proper instrumentation requirements for the surgical schedule as indicated by supervisor and SPD/OR Liaison. Operates the sterilizer and ensures that staff is producing a minimum of 4 trays each.

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Graduation from a Central Services Technician course and Certification preferred. Minimum of two (2) years previous experience in this job classification required; 5 years preferred. Computer knowledge required. Good interpersonal skills necessary.
