Litigation Attorney

A growing plaintiff-side personal injury law firm is seeking a talented Litigation Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join its expanding litigation team. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney seeking meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and hands-on litigation experience. The selected attorney will work closely with experienced trial attorneys and assist with cases from filing through trial. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation matters. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and legal memoranda. Take and defend depositions. Prepare clients and witnesses for depositions and trial testimony. Attend mediations, hearings, and case management conferences. Coordinate with medical providers and expert witnesses. Assist with trial preparation and participate in trials. Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the litigation process. Qualifications Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction and in good standing. 2-5 years of civil litigation experience. Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills. Experience handling depositions, court hearings, and case management. Excellent organizational, analytical, and client communication skills. Demonstrated interest in plaintiff-side trial practice.
