Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Olathe, Kansas.

Job Description & Requirements

• Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit
• Discipline: RN
• Start Date: 09/14/2026
• Duration: 16 weeks
• 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12 hours, nights
• Employment Type: Travel

• Extension Opportunity: Unit typically extends, making this a great option for a traveler who prefers to stay in one location longer.
• Schedule: 12-hour Nights | 1900-0730 | 3 shifts/week
• Experience: Minimum 2 years recent Critical Care/ICU or Emergency Department experience
• Must have experience with BiPAP, chest tubes, PICC lines and drawing their own labs
• No vascular access team; RN must be comfortable handling their own consults and codes independently
• Ratios: 3:1 or 4:1 maximum
• License/Certifications: RN License, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• Holiday Requirement: Travelers must work ONE holiday from EACH group:
  • Thanksgiving Eve OR Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Eve OR Christmas Day
  • New Year's Eve OR New Year's Day
