Per Diem Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

to join our rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a PTA looking for flexible scheduling while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Position Responsibilities Provide quality physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve residents’ strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence. Assist residents with therapeutic exercises, transfers, gait training, and functional activities. Monitor and document resident progress and response to treatment. Communicate effectively with the Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary care team. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of care. Qualifications Current and valid

Texas Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license

. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. Skilled nursing, subacute rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred. New graduates are welcome to apply. Position Details Position:
