Ultimate Staffing is hiring Tissue Processors for a leading medical device company in Irvine, CA. This is a high-volume, production-based role ideal for candidates who are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.

• Pay Rate: $21.50/hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform tissue processing steps including receiving, trimming, fixation, die-cutting, and measurement of biological materials
• Use tools such as blades, scissors, forceps, dies, and microscopes (training provided)
• Operate equipment including fume hoods, presses, and measurement tools
• Verify work against specifications and identify defects or irregularities
• Follow SOPs, GMP, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) in a structured production environment
• Record traceable information in Device History Records (DHRs)
• Support team production flow and adapt to changing priorities
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all EHS and cleanroom standards
• Execute repetitive production tasks with consistency and accuracy to meet daily volume targets

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• No prior experience required-training provided
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods while maintaining accuracy
• Strong attention to detail, consistency, and focus
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
• Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to work overtime

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Cleanroom environment with full PPE (gown, gloves, mask, etc.)
• Work involves consistent, repetitive hand movements and detailed processing
• Must be comfortable handling animal tissue and wet processes
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods while maintaining productivity
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform routine production movements
• Must follow strict safety, cleanliness, and contamination control protocols
