Responsibilities Support technicians with daily shop operations and repair activities. Assist with routine maintenance services, including quick lube and basic maintenance procedures. Provide hands-on assistance during complex repairs requiring an additional team member. Organize, inventory, and maintain specialty tools and shop equipment. Maintain exceptional shop cleanliness and organization throughout all work areas. Ensure workspaces remain safe, efficient, and compliant with Porsche and dealership standards. Help prepare vehicles, parts, and equipment before and after repairs. Assist with moving vehicles throughout the service department as needed. Serve as a key contributor in maintaining an organized, professional, and efficient shop environment. Work collaboratively with technicians, shop foreman, parts department, and service advisors to support daily operational success. Qualifications A genuine passion for the automotive industry, with a particular interest in luxury or high-performance vehicles. Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work. Excellent organizational and time management skills. A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced team environment. The ability to lift equipment and parts while working safely in an active service shop. A valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record. Preferred Qualifications One or more of the following is strongly preferred: Completion of an automotive trade or vocational school. Associate\'s Degree in Automotive Technology. Completion of an OEM technical training program. Current ASE Certifications or progress toward ASE Certification. Previous dealership or professional automotive repair experience. The pay for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr. based on experience.
