Job Title: Full Stack Developer [Nodejs AND React]
Location: Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX (Hybrid in office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Senior Full Stack Software Engineer:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience building and supporting enterprise applications. (for Sr. role they typically hire hands-on engineer with 12+ years exp.)
- Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern front-end development practices.
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, API design, and backend service development.
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
- Strong SQL and relational database skills, including data modeling, schema design, indexing, query optimization, and transaction management.
- Experience consuming analytical data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or comparable technologies.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern software delivery practices.
- Knowledge of cloud-native application design, containers, authentication, authorization, secure coding, and operational support.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Self-driven and curious by nature - comfortable researching and getting up to speed on new tools, data sets, and domains independently rather than requiring formal training.
- Experience integrating applications with AI or LLM-enabled services and agentic workflows.
