Job Title: Receptionist
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM
Location: City of Industry, CA
Pay Rate: $20.00

Position Overview
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately
Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and organized
Assist with clerical and administrative tasks as needed
Support various departments with document handling and data entry

Qualifications

High School Diploma
Friendly, professional and customer-focuses attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous receptionist or front-desk experience preferred
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and data entry)
Attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent required
