The Opportunity:

• Support the MERL Advisor for the proper implementation of the project’s M&E plan.
• Ensure that all the projects’ PMF data and monitoring data are collected as per agreed upon timelines laid down in the M&E plan.
• Support the MERL Advisor for entering of relevant project indicators on PMERL.
• Coordinate data quality assurance, including data spot check for all projects.
• Monitor the performance of the Project’s Database.
• Support in analysis and interpretation of all projects through monitoring data and preparation of key performance dashboards for decision-making.
• Support and participate in on-going monitoring data collection of all the project’s activities through regular field visits and meetings with communities and other stakeholders as per the PMF and M&E plan for tracking of outcomes.
• Support the planning, design and coordination of all projects’ baseline, mid-term evaluations, end lines and research initiatives.
• Ensure data quality control for all project’s evaluation and research initiatives.
• Ensure that Ethics and Safeguarding in MERL principles are adopted and implemented in all studies and researches.

About you:

• Degree in Social Sciences or Statistics, or other related disciplines.
• Experience in M&E working in NGOs and other related organizations.
• Prior experience of working in M&E with and for SRH projects with adolescent girls in humanitarian context.
• Strong understanding in monitoring and evaluation processes, particularly data collection and reporting.
• Database management, quality control and validation processes and requirements.
• Prior experience of collecting large scale data both quantitative and qualitative is a must.
• Strong understanding of data analysis using Excel and online database platforms, including the use of relevant digital data collection tools (Survey CTO, ODK, Kobo Collect, etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced multidisciplinary and multicultural environment, with proficiency in computer skills, research applications (e.g., SPSS), data quality assurance standards, and managing MERL consultants and data collectors.
