Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

We are seeking a driven and analytical Sales Analyst to support the rapidly growing Amazon 1P business for the Finish brand. This role operates in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment and is critical to delivering strong commercial results across one of our fastest growing channels. As part of the Amazon team, you will partner closely with the Senior Key Account Manager to monitor and analyze business performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure best-in-class online execution across the Amazon platform. You will be responsible for tracking key ecommerce metrics including sales performance, buyability, availability, content health, and operational execution to help drive sustainable growth. This role serves as the primary point of contact with Amazon Vendor Services, leading weekly business reviews and managing ongoing communication to proactively resolve issues related to product suppressions, buyability, content, and catalog health. Through data-driven insights and strong cross-functional collaboration, you will play a key role in ensuring products remain live, available, and optimized for customers while supporting the continued growth of the Finish business on Amazon.

Your responsibilities

• Analyze Amazon sales performance, ecommerce metrics, and business trends to identify risks, opportunities, and growth drivers.
• Monitor key KPIs including buyability, inventory, content health, and product availability.
• Lead Vendor Services coordination, resolve operational issues, support reporting and forecasting and partner cross-functionally to drive execution and customer experience.
• Support the Senior Key Account Manager and Junior Key Account Manager by providing performance reporting, business insights, and analytical recommendations to inform commercial decisions and growth strategies.
• Manage core online execution activities, including item setup validation, content accuracy, catalog maintenance, retail readiness, and monitoring of new item launches.
• Develop and maintain recurring business reporting, dashboards, and scorecards to provide visibility into performance and key ecommerce metrics.

The experience we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent management experience

• 2+ years within Sales, Marketing, eCommerce or relevant experience

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis)

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
