Job Title: Manufacturing Associate 12 Hour Shift Location: Quakertown, PA Pay Rate: $19.00/hr (W2) Duration: 4-Month Contract-to-Perm Shift: 12-Hour 2-2-3 Rotation (MANDATORY) Start: ASAP

Candidates must be willing to work a 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on rotation). Offers are extended upon submission. NO interviews or site tours. Orientation held biweekly (max 3 candidates per class). Start date depends on onboarding clearance candidates may wait 34 weeks to start.

Position Overview

Seeking experienced Manufacturing Associates to support production operations in a fast-paced, high-visibility manufacturing environment. This is a cross-functional role requiring flexibility and teamwork.

• Forklift operation
• Minor machine maintenance and equipment care
• Warehouse functions
• Quality control support

Qualifications

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required

Experience:

• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment required
• Trade school or related manufacturing experience a plus
• Experience using hand tools and measuring devices preferred

Performance Expectations

• Strong attendance and punctuality (attendance is critical)
• Team-oriented mindset and cooperation with leadership
• Willingness to work overtime, including short notice
• Strict adherence to safety policies and procedures

Conversion to permanent is based on attitude, aptitude, attendance, and reliability.

Work Environment

• Loud facility
• Dust from material debris
• PPE required at all times
• Steel toe safety shoes REQUIRED (no loaner shoes available)
• Long sleeves required
• High-visibility site

Facility Safety Policy Strict Enforcement

This is a NON-SMOKING facility (no smoking/vaping inside or outside). Per company safety standards:

Prohibited Items in Production Areas:

• Hoodies (with or without drawstrings)
• Loose or baggy clothing
• Jewelry (rings, watches, bracelets, necklaces)
• Scarves or ties
• Wallet/key chains attached to belt loops
• Long or untied shoelaces
• Earrings other than simple studs
• Loop/hanging facial jewelry

Hair must be tied back if shoulder length or longer. Beards must not exceed 3 inches unless contained. Associates reporting without required PPE (including safety shoes) will be sent home.
