Regional Member Service Representative II Location: 4865 West Seneca Turnpike, Onondaga Hill - Syracuse, NY 13215 Starting Pay for this role - $23.00 /hour to $26.87/hour; actual starting pay will depend on experience. The Position: As a Regional Member Service Representative II, you will be a key ambassador of our values and services. You will engage with members in person offering personalized financial solutions and delivering exceptional service that reflects our MVP-1 Team Culture. What You’ll Do: As a Regional Member Service Representative II your key responsibilities will include: Greet and assist members with professionalism and enthusiasm. Conduct teller transactions and introduce members to ITM technology. Use a consultative approach to identify financial needs and recommend solutions. Cross-sell and refer credit union products and services, including loans and credit cards. Support lending goals and ensure accurate loan documentation. Serve as a lead trainer for new hires and support regional financial centers. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Ensure compliance with all operational and regulatory standards.
