Responsibilities Identify, analyze, and diagnose systems and products at customer’s location. Provide technical support to customers. Responsible for installing product and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction. Uses a variety of hand tools, following blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schemes or engineering specifications, to install, program, and diagnose systems. Provide updates to project managers. Ensure quality completion of project. Documents work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files.
