Position Overview Our client is seeking a proactive and analytically curious Junior Data Analyst (1+ year of experience) to help transform membership data into actionable insights. This role will focus on analyzing membership data, building dashboards, identifying engagement trends, and supporting leadership with data-backed recommendations. Key Responsibilities Analyze membership data to identify trends in engagement, renewals, attendance, and revenue contribution Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for leadership Segment membership data to support targeted marketing and community outreach Identify opportunities to improve retention and drive membership growth Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline reporting, enhance insights, and improve analytical efficiency Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and proper documentation across systems Translate complex data into clear, concise summaries for non-technical stakeholders Partner cross-functionally with events, marketing, and operations teams to support strategic initiatives Qualifications 1+ year of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a related field Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning) Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar preferred) Basic working knowledge of SQL preferred Familiarity with AI-powered analytics and data assistant tools (e.g., ChatGPT/GPT-4, Copilot, ThoughtSpot, Power BI AI, Tableau Ask Data) to expedite analysis, automate reporting, and generate insights Understanding of how AI can support segmentation, trend identification, and predictive insights Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Ability to communicate findings clearly to leadership Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment What We Offer Opportunity to help build and shape the organization’s data capabilities Direct exposure to leadership and strategic decision-making Energetic, collaborative Austin-based environment Competitive compensation commensurate with experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
