Responsibilities Assist with monthly accounting and bookkeeping functions Prepare account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records Prepare and file sales tax returns Assist with tax preparation for individuals and businesses Provide backup support for payroll processing as needed Work with senior accountants and management to ensure accurate financial reporting Organize and maintain accounting documentation and client records Assist with additional accounting and bookkeeping projects as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred Previous accounting, bookkeeping, or public accounting experience preferred Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Experience with tax preparation and payroll is a plus Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel #J-18808-Ljbffr United States Electric Co.
