Home Health Speech Therapist

Job Description Home Health Speech Therapist Dynamic is seeking a compassionate, skilled Speech Therapist to join our home health team. In this role, you will provide in-home speech therapy services to patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, helping them improve function, safety, and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities Evaluate and assess patients’ speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing abilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician orders Provide therapeutic interventions in the home setting Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies and home exercise programs Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and on time Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the care team Participate in care planning and case conferences as needed Ensure compliance with agency policies, state regulations, and professional standards Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current state license as a Speech Therapist / Speech-Language Pathologist Home health experience preferred Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Current CPR certification preferred Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance Benefits Flexible schedule Competitive pay Mileage reimbursement Supportive interdisciplinary team Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives Why Join Us?
