Foundry Production Associate – Direct Hire Rushville, Indiana First Call Staffing is currently seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for direct hire opportunities at a facility in Rushville, IN. Candidates will be responsible for supporting daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while following all safety and production standards. Available Shifts & Pay 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | $26.44/hour 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM | $26.19/hour Overtime may be mandatory based on production needs. Job Responsibilities Operate and assist with production equipment Handle, move, and inspect metal castings and materials Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies Perform general labor duties as assigned Work efficiently in a hot, industrial manufacturing environment Qualifications & Requirements Previous manufacturing or foundry experience is preferred, but not required Ability to stand, lift, bend, and work throughout the entire shift Steel-toe boots/shoes are required Must be willing to complete a drug screen and criminal background check Strong attendance and reliability are required These positions are scheduled to begin early next week.
