Car Wash Attendant Job Description The Car Wash Attendant is responsible formaintainingthehigh standardsof cleanliness and professionalism our company upholds for its luxury electric vehicles. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role that requires efficiency, attention to detail, andhigh standardstomaintainour commitment to excellence. They ensure each vehicle reflectsour commitment to excellence, creating a spotless, welcoming environment for everyrider, and enhancing their overall experience. Key Responsibilities: Clean and detail the interior and exterior of the vehicles, ensuring they meet company standards for cleanliness and presentation. Report any Biohazard vehicles through the proper chain of command to ensure all vehicles are flagged accurately. Drive vehicles, as necessary, through parking lots and to car wash stations safely and efficiently. Additional Duties: Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment, reportingshortagesor equipment issues to management promptly. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team membersregardingvehicle status and any delays. General Skills & Qualifications: Strong teamcollaborationskills. Expert communication skills with colleagues and Supervisors. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement in learning. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment andshowcasethe ability to take initiative, value collaboration, and become highly adaptable. Mustbe highly organized. Be able to quickly learn new applications,software, and dashboards as adopted and used within the company. Must have an active driver’s license and be approvedonthe company’s insurance. Able tolift upto 50 pounds withoutassistanceas needed.
