Maintenance Technician 3

Job Title

The purpose of this team is to support drive unit test and validation activities by executing dyno testing, ensuring accurate data collection, and enabling timely validation of performance, durability, and reliability requirements.

This role will contribute today to day drive unit testing by working closely with engineers and senior technicians to execute tests, including installing drive units, setting up dyno equipment, and ensuring all test configurations are accurate and aligned with test requirements. The role also supports data validation and continuous improvement of dyno test setups and procedures.

The role will consist of setting up and executing dyno tests, monitoring test runs, collecting and validating data, troubleshooting test issues, coordinating with engineering teams, documenting results, and supporting schedule-driven testing priorities in a fast-paced lab environment.

This role provides the opportunity to work hands on with cutting edge electric drive unit technology, directly supporting vehicle performance, durability, and reliability testing in a fast paced lab environment. The candidate will gain exposure to real world testing, collaborate closely with engineers, and play a key role in validating next generation vehicle programs.
