- Conduct dealership warranty audits to minimize liability and risk.
- Ensure compliance with Stellantis warranty policies and procedures.
- Prepare and communicate audit-related information, including notification letters and reports.
- Review warranty expenses and identify trends of noncompliance risks.
- Provide ongoing communication of findings and recommend corrective actions.
- Deliver training and support to improve compliance with warranty policies.
- Employ data analytics to enhance dealer compliance.
- Travel requirements: 80% travel expected.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 5-7+ years of experience in automotive retail and technical knowledge.
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
- A 401(k) with company match is available after 1 year of service.
