Because you're someone who loves to learn, enjoys people, and has a real heart to help, we encourage you to join us as a:Graphic Design SpecialistThis Is What You'll DoDesign brand approved materials including paid media ads, short videos, simple animations, brochures, flyers, social media posts, 360 campaign creative, presentations, posters, internal collateral, websites, landing pages, in app graphics or any other branded material.Assist stakeholders in developing creative concepts and visual assets that align with brand guidelines.Collaborate with agencies to produce high-performing advertising creatives optimized for different platforms and audience segments.Serve as the point of contact for select vendors and/or contractors hired by internal stakeholders to provide creative assistance and/or services through software, technology, or equipment.Maintain a library of branded assets, including images, templates, and design elements, ensuring easy access and consistency across all teams.Stay current on the latest industry trends, technology, software, and equipment that can improve production and quality of work.Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously from intake through completion.Support field teams and other internal departments with creative and branding needs.Serve as a brand enforcer, ensuring brand and creative consistency throughout the company.Perform other duties as assigned.This Is What It TakesBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience in-house or at an agency.Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Figma, and The Brief. (Preferred not required)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Strong understanding of branding and marketing concepts.Experience with motion graphics or video editing (preferred, not required).Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including: Adobe PhotoshopAdobe IllustratorAdobe InDesignAdobe After Effects (preferred)Adobe AcrobatPhysical RequirementsPosition works in-office at the corporate location.Ability to sit for extended periods of time.Ability to use a computer and other office equipment.Ability to reach, bend, and stoop as necessary.Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.Ability to focus and concentrate on tasks for extended periods.Ability to navigate the office environment safely, including stairs and elevators, if applicable.Ability to travel up to 10% by airplane or vehicle, if applicableDo Satisfying Work.
