Are you detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment? We are seeking a Chemical Technician to support production operations by monitoring and maintaining process fluids critical to manufacturing quality and performance.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all process fluids throughout the facility
• Perform routine sampling and chemical analysis of:
  • Coolants
  • Washer solutions
  • Water-based quench fluids
• Monitor fluid conditions and document results
• Add chemicals to coolant, washer, and quench sumps as needed
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Follow safety, quality, and environmental procedures
• Communicate findings and recommendations with team members and supervisors
• Assist with other production and fluid management duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability
• Basic math skills
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Previous manufacturing, chemical handling, laboratory, or industrial experience is a plus
