PABLO is looking for an Event Coordinator to help bring great events to life.
From birthdays and private parties to Greek events, corporate gatherings, and large groups, our Event Coordinator will be the main point of contact from the first conversation through the event itself.
We’re looking for someone who is outgoing, organized, and great with people. Someone who can bring in new business, keep track of the details, and make sure every event feels easy for the guest.
What You’ll Do:
Respond to event and large-party inquiries
Book birthdays, private parties, Greek events, corporate events, and large groups
Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and the Columbia community
Actively look for opportunities to bring new events and groups to PABLO
Help guests choose the right space, food, drinks, and experience for their event
Coordinate event details with management, kitchen, bar, VIP, and service teams
Keep track of upcoming events, guest counts, deposits, and special requests
Communicate with hosts before their event and make sure everything is ready when they arrive
Be present for select events when needed
Follow up with guests and help turn great events into repeat business
What You Bring:
An outgoing and confident personality
Strong organization and attention to detail
Great communication and people skills
Comfort with sales and reaching out to potential clients
The ability to manage multiple events and conversations at once
Reliable follow-through
Knowledge of Columbia and the local community is a plus
Restaurant, hospitality, events, or sales experience is a plus
Compensation:
Hourly pay plus event booking incentives.
