The demand for safe, structured psychedelic support is growing quickly. At Guides Collective , we’re building a trusted national network of experienced psychedelic-informed guides who provide preparation and integration support for individuals exploring transformative experiences. We recently completed a pilot in the Utah market , where we successfully matched over 100 seekers with qualified guides in under a month . Now we are preparing to expand nationally — and we’re looking to grow our network of highly qualified guides. This opportunity is not intended for individuals new to the field . We are specifically seeking guides with 5+ years of experience and formal training supporting clients in preparation and/or integration work. Guides Collective connects you with aligned seekers so you can focus on the work itself — without needing to manage marketing, lead generation, or client acquisition. Guides operate as independent practitioners on the Guides Collective platform. What Guides Collective Does Preparation support before psychedelic experiences Integration support after psychedelic experiences Ethical, grounded guidance rooted in experience and training We do not provide substances . Our role is to create a trusted ecosystem where seekers can connect with qualified guides for responsible support. Responsibilities Provide preparation support sessions to help seekers prepare for psychedelic experiences Offer integration sessions to help clients process and integrate insights afterward Maintain a trauma-informed and ethically grounded approach when working with clients Communicate clearly and professionally with matched seekers Uphold professional standards, confidentiality, and responsible support practices Maintain availability for sessions based on your own schedule and capacity Qualifications At least 3 years of experience supporting psychedelic preparation and/or integration work Completion of a formal guide training or facilitator training program Demonstrated experience holding space in transformational or psychedelic-informed contexts Strong understanding of ethical psychedelic support practices A grounded, trauma-informed, and client-centered approach Ability to support seekers in preparation, experience, and/or integration. This opportunity is best suited for guides who already have experience working with clients and want to focus on guiding rather than constantly sourcing new clients.
