Quality Assurance Technician /Inspector

Job Description

Verstela is hiring a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician/Inspector   to support a growing production team. In this role, you’ll help ensure products meet strict quality and food safety standards playing a key role in delivering reliable, high-quality results to customers.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure that all company and quality assurance procedures are followed at all times . Escalate any issues/concerns to management. 
• Monitor production start-ups and run conditions to ensure compliance with specifications 
• Maintain quality records, logs, and sample inventory (retain samples, quarantine materials, and rework tracking) 
• Support audits, investigations, and corrective actions related to quality issues or customer concerns 
• Train team members on quality procedures, inspection techniques, and GMP/food safety standards 

What You Bring

• 1+ years of QA experience is preferred
• Strong attention to detail 
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and specifications 
• Basic understanding of quality standards and inspection processes 
• Experience with documentation and data tracking 
• Excellent organizational skills 

Pay : $19.00–$26.00/hour

Schedule : Monday–Friday

• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 12:30 AM 
• 3rd Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
