She Recruits is partnering with a high-volume South Texas community hospital to recruit Emergency Medicine Physicians for a 1099 opportunity offering strong hourly compensation and steady, manageable volume.

This is a well-supported ED environment with broad specialty coverage and balanced acuity.

Compensation (1099)

Board Certified - Emergency Medicine

• $280/hour (Day)
• $300/hour (Night)

Not Board Certified in EM (FP/IM with ED experience)

• $270/hour (Day)
• $285/hour (Night)

Competitive differential for night coverage.

Schedule

• 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• 12-hour shifts

APP support coverage:

• 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
• 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Team-based physician + APP model.

• 12-bed Emergency Department
• 4-bed Express Care (APP staffed)
• Level IV Trauma designation
• ~25,500 annual ED visits
• ~70 visits per day

• Patient satisfaction metrics actively monitored

• Admission rate: 10%
• Transfer rate: 5%

Requirements

• BC in Emergency Medicine or
• BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with ED experience
• ACLS required
• ATLS required
• PALS required
• Texas license or eligibility
