Dental Dreams is seeking a Full-Time General Dentist to join our Saginaw, Michigan clinic.

We are actively hiring for a full-time dentist to join our team. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with 1 Saturday per month, a strong patient base, modern technology, clinical autonomy, and experienced support.

Experienced dentists and 2027 dental school graduates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation

• Permanent Daily Minimum Guarantee

• Up to $50,000 Sign-On Bonus

• Average Full-Time Compensation: $290,000–$350,000+

• High patient volume with strong earning potential

• Visa and permanent residency sponsorship available
