Patient Care Associate Kay 3 Nights

Patient Care Associate – Kay 3 Intermediate Care Unit/Step‑down (Nights) Support RNs in delivering high‑stakes treatment to patients with life‑threatening diseases. Assist with daily administrative and clerical tasks, patient care duties, admission, and discharge. Work Schedule Full‑time nights: three 12‑hour shifts per week, with alternating weekends, selected Fridays, and holidays. Minimum Education and Training High school diploma or GED Completion of a Nursing Assistant/Medical Assistant program required, or completion of the foundations of nursing from an accredited nursing program Minimum Experience and Skills Pediatric experience preferred Proficient in measuring TPR (Temperature, Pulse, Respiratory), blood pressure, performing bed baths, and assisting with ADL (Activities of Daily Living) Compensation Estimated range: $19.50 – $28.50 per hour, based on state and municipal pay transparency laws.
