We are looking for a dependable General Office Clerk to support short-term administrative needs for a Contract position based in Reserve, Louisiana. This opportunity is ideal for someone who can step in quickly, keep office areas organized, and handle clerical tasks with accuracy and efficiency. The role is within the wholesale distribution industry and is expected to last one to two weeks.

Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day clerical assistance to help maintain smooth office operations during a short-term assignment.
• Organize office files, supplies, and general work areas to improve order and accessibility.
• Enter and update information in spreadsheets, logs, or internal records with a high level of accuracy.
• Use Microsoft Office applications to prepare basic documents, track information, and support administrative tasks.
• Assist staff with routine office duties such as sorting paperwork, filing documents, and managing general administrative requests.• Previous experience in clerical, administrative, or general office support work.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Strong data entry skills with close attention to detail.
• Ability to stay organized while handling multiple routine tasks.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to contribute effectively in a short-term Contract role.
