Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Test Technician to support semiconductor and RF testing activities. This role involves executing test plans, setting up specialized equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and documenting results while working in a fast-paced technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute test plans and report outcomes or issues
- Set up, operate, and maintain specialized test equipment
- Load and run test programs and builds
- Perform routine calibration and basic equipment repairs
- Troubleshoot testing issues and escalate complex problems as needed
- Document test results and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members and communicate project status to leadership
- Complete assigned tasks and meet project deadlines
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of semiconductor, RF testing, or related technical experience
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical issues
- Experience setting up specialized test equipment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and instructions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams (MTeams)
- Experience with test methodologies and technical documentation
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs
