Company Description Elevation Individual and Family Therapy is a mental health practice serving individuals and families through in‑person care at its Homewood, IL and Matteson, IL locations. Role Description The Clinical Supervisor is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Matteson, IL. This role is responsible for providing clinical supervision to therapists and other clinical staff, including reviewing cases, monitoring treatment plans, and ensuring adherence to ethical and regulatory standards. The Clinical Supervisor oversees case management processes, supports clinical decision‑making, and offers guidance on complex client presentations. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include conducting supervisory meetings, providing feedback and coaching, reviewing documentation for quality and compliance, and coordinating with leadership to improve clinical practices. The role also involves supporting staff in evidence‑based approaches, participating in team meetings, and contributing to a positive, collaborative, and client‑centered work culture. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Clinical Supervision and Supervisory Skills to guide and support clinical staff, provide feedback, and ensure quality of care. Candidates should possess Case Management and Psychology skills to oversee client care plans, coordinate services, and apply psychological principles to treatment. Candidates should possess Applied Behavior Analysis skills to inform interventions, behavior plans, and evidence‑based strategies where clinically appropriate. Relevant licensure (e.g., LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) and eligibility to practice independently in Illinois; Indiana licensure or eligibility is a plus. Experience supervising therapists or clinical teams in outpatient or community mental health settings is strongly preferred. Strong documentation, organization, and time management abilities, with attention to regulatory and ethical requirements. Demonstrated commitment to culturally responsive, trauma‑informed, and person‑centered care, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
