About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Performance Marketing to take on a pivotal role in driving the end-to-end strategy and execution of performance-driven lead generation. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting a high-velocity demand funnel that meets aggressive revenue targets across various product lines and industries. This executive leader will be tasked with designing a unified performance marketing strategy, building and optimizing a multi-touch attribution funnel, and leading a world-class performance marketing organization. Strategic ownership, data and analytics leadership, and cross-functional alignment with product, sales, and finance teams are key aspects of the role. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in performance marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position at a high-growth SaaS, tech, or AI-native company. The role requires a proven track record in building and scaling performance marketing budgets, technical mastery in various advertising and analytics platforms, and advanced proficiency in data analysis and forecasting. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver, a collaborative operator, and have experience in team building and leadership. Nice-to-have qualifications include experience with industry-specific review platforms and familiarity with privacy-first marketing.
