Phlebotomist IOP

Labcorp seeks a phlebotomist for its Beaumont, Texas patient service center to collect blood specimens, process samples, and provide patient care. The role operates Monday–Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Draw blood using venipuncture and capillary techniques across all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests
• Enter patient data accurately and process billing and payments
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain patient and specimen logs
• Provide customer service and perform administrative duties; travel to additional sites as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Phlebotomy certification or completed accredited training program
• Minimum 3 months phlebotomy experience or current certification
• Ability to pass color blindness test
• Reliable transportation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
