BCBA/Clinical Director ($10K Sign-On)

ABOUT THIS JOB: We're seeking a passionate BCBA who wants to make an impact, focus on clinical excellence, and finally achieve work-life balance. We need a BCBA with at least 3 years experience to be the Clinical Director of the Success of the Spectrum Lowell location starting in September. It is a brand new facility that is designed to be sensory friendly and encourage play/imagination. Paid Time Off You Focus on Clinical Work – We Handle the Admin work BCBAs do not create or manage staff scheduling, do HR tasks, or insurance chasing Clinical Directors have a MAX caseload of 9 full-time clients (or max of 32 billable hours per week). Practicum students and interns assist your caseload. You’ll do assessments, supervise treatment plans, train RBTs, and provide parent training Supported, Not Micromanaged Owners are not involved in clinical decisions SOS provides live remote BCBA support and clinical training from the Franchising Team SOS has a LMS with robust training content for RBTs and BCBAs. SOS gives BTs access to the 40 hour cert videos on their first day of work. All BCBAs get two weeks of initial training from our corporate office - for this, you may have to travel to Houston for 1 week.
