Senior Business Development Manager

About Your Next Opportunity The ideal candidate will direct the business development activities of the organization and drive the sales business. They play a key role in the company and in the generation of new business. This individual will also be responsible for managing marketing and customer service activities. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and analysis of the development trend of Enterprise Solutions, especially wireless technology. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Create and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives. Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align business strategies and enhance market presence. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth. Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and progress. Focus on: Enterprise AP/SD-WAN, FWA, Small Cell, Telematics, IOT, Cameras, etc. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Experience in Telecommunication industry / Networking industry or electronic/electric equipment manufacturers is preferable. Knowledge in the area of Wireless (5G/6G/Wifi 7/ LTE) technologies is a plus. Strong understanding of the wireless industry and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Must have a good customer facing skills, and good team working with account managers and field application engineers. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, major chipset vendors, and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
