Job DescriptionPay Rate: $6.00/hourly (Averaging about $40 in tips hourly) | Part-Time PRN | Shift TBDWeekly earned wage access is an option for this position.Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Table Games Dealer is responsible for dealing all table games in accordance to all rules and regulations.Primary Tasks:Review and communicate table game activities with supervisors and managers.Answer customer or public inquiries regarding general gaming procedures, payouts, etc.Clean work area as designated by managementVerify identification of customers when needed.Sign and date all paperwork as required.Provide excellent customer service skills and communication skills.Other duties as may be assigned.Minimum Requirements:Experience in handling large volumes of cash preferredApply basic math (arithmetic, ratios, proportions, or conversions)Apply oral or written communication techniquesMust be highly customer focused and maintain a positive atmosphere and be friendly and informative as needed.Prior experience in direct customer contactSkillsAdaptive MindsetBuilds Customer LoyaltyCustomer Service DeliveryCustomer Technical SupportCustomer-Focused ApproachMasters Service ConversationsNavigates Customer ChallengesPresentation SkillsStrengthens Customer ConnectionsVerbal Communication Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma
