This role requires strong technical expertise in U.S. GAAP, exceptional attention to detail, and sound analytical and problem-solving skills to support the month-end close, financial consolidation and financial reporting in a multi-currency/multinational environment, including financial consolidation activities. The Senior Accountant will partner cross-functionally across the organization to enhance internal controls and identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting and accounting processes./ppWhat youll be doing:/pulliAssist with the monthly close and consolidation of financial statements, including the accurate application of multi-currency accounting, eliminations, and related entries./liliSupport financial reporting by preparing basic financial statements, management reporting (e.g., flash reports and dashboards), and ad hoc analyses as requested by the CFO./liliPrepare and maintain balance sheet account reconciliations in accordance with established policies and timelines./liliPerform financial statement and account analytics, including analysis of general ledger activity and explanation of variances versus budget, forecast, and prior periods./liliCollaborate with the Finance team to support financial planning, forecasting, and financial reporting processes./liliProvide support for the year-end financial statement audit process, including the preparation of schedules and responses to auditor inquiries./liliConduct GAAP research and support the implementation of new accounting guidance, as applicable./liliEnsure adherence to established accounting policies and procedures./liliContribute to the development, implementation, and enforcement of an effective internal control environment./liliIdentify, recommend, and support the implementation of process improvements to enhance accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency./liliPerform other duties, as assigned./li/ulpWhat we look for in you:/ppstrongRequired:/strong/pulliBachelors degree in Accounting./lili46 years of accounting experience./liliStrong understanding of GAAP./liliMicrosoft Office, ERP, and business systems experience./liliAdvanced Excel knowledge, including demonstrated proficiency with pivot tables, formulas, shortcut keys, and other advanced Excel tools and functions as required./liliDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and communicate professionally with internal stakeholders./liliAbility to work and manage responsibilities independently./liliStrong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills./liliStrong attention to detail and effective problem-solving capabilities./liliAbility to prioritize and manage workload effectively based on volume, urgency, and deadlines./li/ulpstrongPreferred:/strong/pulliKnowledge of NetSuite./liliMultinational and multi-currency experience./liliCPA designation preferred./liliPublic accounting./li/ulpOur differentiator is Our People!
