We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to join our team at Right at Home Indianapolis West. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, while working for a company that truly makes a difference in the world.

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Caregiver, you will perform personal care activities that assist the client with activities of daily living, including:

• Assisting with transferring/moving client from place to place throughout their home
• Performing housekeeping activities such as vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning
• Preparing meals and snacks
• Accompanying client on errands or medical appointments
• Providing personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and shaving
• Assisting with medication reminders and prescribed exercises
• Providing companionship activities such as reading, music, and puzzles

Qualifications and Skills

To be a successful Caregiver at Right at Home Indianapolis West, you should:

• Hold a high school graduate or G.E.D. certificate
• Be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance
• Possess a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
• Pass a background check
• Have a CNA license, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification
