Adaptive Skills Coach Empower Independence (Part-Time)
New Horizons, Serving Individuals with Special Needs
New Horizons is seeking an Adaptive Skills Training Specialist to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential home setting. This part-time role focuses on building adaptive and daily living skills through individualized plans and community-based instruction.
The AST Specialist will act as teacher, coach, and advocate, promoting independence and community participation, with a flexible 20–30 hour weekly schedule and benefits eligibility.
