Billing Support Specialist

SLB/ChampionX is seeking a Billing support Specialist to provide general administrative support to multiple cross functional departments in Williston, ND/ Dickinson, ND . The primary function for this role is to utilize SAP for order/invoice creation and working the Accounts Receivable reporting tool. What You Will Do Responsible for Order to Cash processing using SAP Monitoring of accounts payable and accounts receivable Report creation/analyzation using SAP data export to Excel Maintaining relevant EDI data in customer pay platforms Working closely with customers and internal departments to resolve order and/or inventory issues Minimum Qualifications High School degree or equivalent required. 4 years of administrative experience with emphasis utilizing excel Preferred Qualifications Strong PC skills including demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Apps Requires the ability to exercise independent judgment and basic reasoning skills Excellent Verbal and Written skills a must Effective collaboration with team mindset Ability to work in fast paced environment Strong organizational skills and ability to multitaskMust be flexible, responsive and resourceful Able to work autonomously and self-motivated About Us ChampionX is now part of SLB, a global technology company driving energy innovation for a balanced planet.
