Distribution Associate II – Sacramento, CA Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour Shift: 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM Job ID: 26-05280 Job Summary The Distribution Associate is responsible for performing a variety of manual and clerical tasks related to the receiving, storage, and shipment of materials and finished products within a warehouse environment. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and attendance. Associates will primarily operate stand‑up forklifts and must be comfortable working in a structured, fast‑paced team environment with variable workloads throughout the year. Job Responsibilities Operate stand‑up forklifts as the primary material handling equipment Receive incoming goods, verify shipments against records, and inspect product condition Gather, verify, and pack items for shipment according to specifications and transportation methods Record received and shipped materials using written and computerized systems Route materials, supplies, and equipment to appropriate inspection or stock locations Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment Job Requirements Primary experience operating stand‑up forklifts Minimum of 2 years of stand‑up forklift experience or 3 years of sit‑down forklift experience Ability to work extended hours during peak periods, including occasional Saturdays Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures Commitment to safety, attendance, and teamwork Ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature fluctuations Education High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience Work Experience At least 1 year of related warehouse or distribution experience Forklift certification preferred Benefits Medical Insurance Vision & Dental Insurance Life Insurance Matching 401(k) Commuter Benefits Employee Discounts & Rewards Payroll Payment Options EEO Employer Equiliem is an equal opportunity employer.
