Arizona Licensed Collections Representative

To support customer account management, the full-time Arizona Licensed Collections Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls to collect on past due accounts while working remotely within a 60-mile radius of Glendale, Arizona. Key responsibilities: Conduct outbound and inbound calls to collect on overdue accounts Provide exceptional support and service to customers Participate in mandatory virtual training and adhere to scheduled shifts Required qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent Customer service and prior collections experience Proficiency in using multiple software applications and typing skills Experience in a customer service or call center environment Must be 18 years or older and located within a 60-mile radius of Glendale, AZ
