The workweek typically runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility to accommodate varying client needs.

- Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gain a nuanced understanding of each patient’s unique circumstances and craft personalized treatment plans. \n
- Implement evidence-based interventions in therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques adapted to fit the cultural context and experiences of diverse clients. \n
- Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions designed to address personal mental health challenges, empower clients, and foster resilience. \n
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care that meets patients' diverse needs. \n
- Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring immediate support and strategies in response to acute mental health concerns. \n
- Serve as an educational resource for patients and their families, helping them navigate mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and available community resources. \n
- Maintain meticulous documentation to uphold legal and ethical standards of care, ensuring client confidentiality and support for treatment efficacy. \n
- Engage actively in team meetings, case conferences, and professional training related to cultural competency to continually enhance service quality. \n
- Stay informed about current research and best practices in mental health care, integrating new knowledge into therapy approaches. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- A current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in New York. \n
- A strong foundation in understanding mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities. \n
- Your work history should reflect experience in delivering therapy that is culturally responsive and supportive. \n
- Outstanding crisis intervention skills, with the ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor in stressful situations. \n
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to engage constructively with clients from various backgrounds. \n
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant software applications. \n
- A commitment to upholding ethical practices and maintaining client confidentiality. \n
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment. \n

The annual salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
