Opportunity Highlights:

QMG seeks a Board Eligible or Board Certified Adult Reconstructive Orthopedic Surgery to join our team in Quincy, Illinois.

- Team of 8 High Caliber Orthopedic Physicians \n
- State of the art facility and resources with excellent support staff \n
- Flexible schedule with the option to work remotely one day per week \n
- Strong internal referral network \n
- Physician input in clinical decisions, scheduling, and staffing \n
- Epic EMR \n
Physician-Led Care
\nQMG emphasizes collaboration between physicians and operational leaders. Administrative teams manage operations, compliance, and contracting, allowing clinicians to focus on patient care.

Compensation & Benefits
\n- \n
- Base compensation: $750,000 - $900,000 \n
- Total target: $800,000 $1,000,000,+ with incentives \n
- Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, loan forgiveness, CME allowance \n
- Paid licensure and certification renewals \n
- Up to 5 weeks time off and paid holidays \n
- 401(k) with match and profit sharing \n
