Express Employment Professionals in Lynchburg is hiring a Production Finishing Painter for a client in the Lynchburg area. You’ll support the end-to-end finishing of lift system components that serve medical, residential, and mobility needs.

Your Mission

Apply coatings to manufactured lift system parts and components with spray equipment.
Prepare parts prior to paint to ensure optimal adhesion and appearance.
Verify coverage and finish quality through careful inspection.
Coordinate with assembly teammates to keep production on schedule.
Maintain a tidy, safe, and organized work area.
Handle materials, tools, and equipment according to company procedures.

You Fit This Role If You Have

Required: Hands-on spray gun experience.
Preferred: Industrial, production, or automotive painting background—or experience finishing manufactured parts.
Demonstrated skill applying paint evenly and professionally on metal parts, components, or assembled products.
Sharp eye for detail to assess quality and overall appearance.
Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing, assembly, or production environment.
Team-first approach to collaborate with assembly and maintain throughput.
Commitment to instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently after training.

Pay & Hours

$18–$24 per hour, based on proven skills and experience. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
