Position : Infrastructure Engineer (Contract)
Location : Charlotte NC or Irving Texas (Hybrid Mode)
NICE Trader Recording (NTR) experience
Verba Financial Compliance (VFC) experience
Job Description :
- Trader voice infrastructure knowledge
- Recording platform migration experience
- Cloud migration experience
- Experience supporting regulated financial environments
- Data center migration experience
- OpenShift or internal cloud platform experience
- Unified Communications or voice engineering experience
- 5+ years of experience with NICE Trader Recording (NTR) or Verba Financial Compliance (VFC).
- Experience with Proteus, Continuity Replay, or Vodafone recording integrations.
- Prior experience migrating between recording platforms or performing platform consolidation.
- Experience with on prem to cloud migration of infrastructure or application workloads.
- Understanding of build/deploy pipelines, release management, and configuration management tools.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure (networking, compute, storage, data centers).
- 2+ years' experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper V, etc.)
- Experience with lifecycle management including patching, maintenance, health checks, decommissioning.
- Understanding of business continuity (BCP) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions.
- 2+ years of information security experience.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Infrastructure Engineer (Recording Engineering) provides senior level technical expertise and operational leadership across critical Trader Voice Services and regulatory call recording infrastructure.
- The role requires deep engineering knowledge across voice capture systems-including NICE, Verba, Proteus, Continuity Replay, and Vodafone recording components-as well as the ability to guide L1 delivery teams and
manage engineering work through structured Jira boards.
