HR Associate
Virtual Vocations Inc
To enhance the employee experience in a fully remote environment, the HR Associate will manage People Operations functions including recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and employee support while ensuring effective processes and documentation are in place. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day People Operations processes from recruiting and onboarding through employee offboarding Serve as a primary point of contact for employee HR questions and requests Administer employee benefit programs and coordinate benefit enrollment and communications Required Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in People Operations, Human Resources, or a related field Experience supporting the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and compliance Familiarity with HRIS or similar HR technology Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition processes Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
