Job Description Job Title: Roll Forming Machine Operator Shift: 1st Shift | Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (4x10 Schedule - 3-Day Weekends!) Pay: $18.00/hr (Increases to $20.00/hr after 90 days )

- Machine Operation: Set up, and monitor roll-forming machinery
- Material Handling: Load sheet metal coils/sheets into feed systems and inspect raw materials for quality.
- Mechanical Adjustments: Perform routine mechanical adjustments, blade alignments, roller clearances, and basic maintenance to ensure precision specs.
- Quality Control: Measure finished metal rolls and tape measures to ensure alignment with specifications..
- Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean work area and strictly adhere to company safety protocols and PPE requirements.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Strong hands-on mechanical skills with experience using hand tools, and measuring equipment (tape measure, calipers).
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, mechanical assembly preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, good attendance, and a team-player attitude.
- Hours: , 7-5:30. Monday through Thursday (Enjoy every Friday off!)
